I had a serious knee problem. After various "conventional" treatments and pain killers, I decided to try Reflexology.
Within two or three weeks there was a remarkable improvement. Apart from the odd twinge I no longer have any problems.
However I have kept up my appointments, on a monthly basis, with Allison, as I find her relaxed approach most soothing. I also appreciate her helpful advice on other health matters.
